Ya ha pasado el quinto mes! Los malestares han llegado pero aún así se soportan. La espalda me duele mucho, sobretodo en la parte lumbar. Emily va creciendo y la espalda tiene que soportar más peso.
Para evitar las estrías en la barriga uso desde el tercer mes una crema orgánica de la marca Mommy Care que va genial y huele súper bien. Por ahora no me ha salido ninguna marca en la piel.
The fifth month is finished! Discomforts have come but I can stand them. My back hurts so much, especially in the lower back. Emily is growing and the back has to support more weight.
Since the 3rd month, in order to avoid stretch marks on my belly, I have been using an organic lotion from the brand Mommy Care. It works very good and it's one of the best smelling stretchers lotion I have ever smelt!. I haven't developed any marks on my skin so far.
