Baby shower Registry

 

Mi Baby Shower se acerca. Programada para el 7 de Septiembre, tendrá lugar en casa de mis suegros. Tengo tanta suerte de tener una suegra como la que tengo que se está ocupando de todo. Estoy muy agradecida. Qué ganas tengo de ver lo bonita que será la decoración. Además mi madre llega mañana desde España para pasar unas semanas aquí con nosotros y podrá estar junto a mi tanto en la Baby Shower como en la ecografía en 4D :) Qué ilusión me hace!!! La echaba tanto de menos...

My Baby Shower is getting closer. Scheduled for September 7th, it will take place at my in-laws house. I´m so lucky and thankful for having such an amazing mom-in-law who is taking care of everything. I can´t wait to see how pretty the decoration will be. Besides, my mom is coming from Spain to stay here with us for few weeks so she´ll be by my side for the baby shower and the 4D sonogram. I´m so excited! I miss her so much...

 

 

Durante estos meses he estado informándome muchísimo acerca de productos para bebé. Puede resultar muy agobiante ya que hay muchas marcas en el mercado así como muchas opiniones diferentes de otros compradores. Llegó el tercer Trimestre!/The 3rd Trimester is here!

 

Nos despedimos del 6º mes de embarazo dando la bienvenida al tercer trimestre, la recta final. En menos de 3 meses estarás aquí. Son sólo 10 semanas de nada! Qué ganas tenemos de tenerte con nosotros. Creo que no voy a ser capaz de separarme de ti ni un segundo!

 

No voy a mentir, tengo un poco de miedo o preocupación por el parto, pero tu papá va a estar ahí conmigo y me va a ayudar mucho. Además vamos a ir a unas clases muy útiles que nos prepararán para ese día tan especial. Sólo pido que todo salga bien y que tú estés sanísima.

 

He estado trabajando muchísimo en tu habitación para hacerla muy acogedora y perfecta para ti. Tu papá me ha ayudado a instalar algunas cosas como las persianas y las barras para las cortinas y también ha montado tu cuna. La habitación aún no está lista del todo, faltan algunos detalles, pero está quedando preciosa. Seguro que te encantará. Subiré fotos cuando esté terminada. Ya te visualizo en ella, metiéndote en tu cuna, dándote el pecho o el biberón sentada en el sillón- mecedora, cantándote nanas, jugando contigo, leyéndote cuentos, vistiéndote, cambiándote los pañales... Y tengo muchas ganas de ver a tu papá hacer todo eso también. Había soñado tanto con este momento que no me creo que esté a punto de pasar. Voy a ser mamá! Este es sin duda uno de los momentos más felices de mi vida. 

I said goodbye to the 6th month of pregnancy and here comes the third trimester. I'm in the final stretch. You'll be here in less than 3 months. Only 10 weeks! We can't wait to have you here with us. I think I won't be able to be apart from you for even a second!

I won't lie, I'm scared and worried about labor, but your dad will be there with me helping me a lot. Besides, we'll attend very useful prenatal classes that will help us to go through that special moment. I only ask that everything goes well and you are super healthy.

I've been working a lot on your nursery to make it very comfortable and perfect for you. Your dad has helped me to install a few things like the blinds, the curtain rods and he also set up your crib. The nursery is not quite ready yet, I want to add a few more details but so far it is looking beautiful. I'll upload pictures when it is all done. I'm sure you'll love it. I already picture you there, tucking you in the crib, breastfeeding you or giving you bottles while sitting down on the glider, singing lullabies to you, playing with you, reading books to you, getting you dressed, changing your diapers... And I'm so excited to see your daddy doing all that also! I dreamed about this moment for so long that I can't even believe it is about to happen. I'm becoming a mom! This is definitely one of the happiest moments in my life.
